• Yes! We understand going out of your way to an office might not be feasible for you. We offer Telehealth sessions through out Pennsylvania

    We also have an office in DuBois, PA.

  • Please feel free to schedule an appointment through our client portal. You also can email or call us to schedule. We are here to support you to find what works best for you.

  • During your first session it is a “get to know each other” session. We will work on a bio psych social so we can gather information to create a formative plan to help you meet your goals. Please feel free to come with any questions for me I will gladly answer them.

  • Sessions are normally 55 min to an hour. We are sensitive to your needs and also the time of others. We can explain more during your 15 min consultation call

  • Yes! Currently in Network with Aetna Highmark- BC/BS Geisinger, UPMC, Cigna, United/Optum, and Medicare. Working on becoming in network with many more networks including Medicaid in Clearfield, Jefferson, and Elk Counties.

  • We understand things happen from time to time. The more notification we have we can support you with your needs. We would like to have a 24 hour cancelation notice. If this is not possible please notify prior to the start of your session we do have a fee of 100 dollars if you cancel within the 24 hour time frame. If you do not show with no contact we will charge you the full fee of the session

Major Credit Cards and HSA funds are accepted. Payment is due at the time of your appointment.  If I am not in network with your insurance we can provide a superbill if you would like to use out of network benefits.
